ACL? MCL? Meniscus??? That is crappy. At least your work is "hands" work, and not "full body" work so much as some others.

The "Thai Hookers" comment, you have some the best posts !! It'd be a good name for a metal band too, late 80's hair metal.

Totally, I assumed they were all done anyhow, I really didnt read my post until you answered it, and I did't want you to think I was "jumping" on everything you said.
Sorry to read about your injuries, I have been out a few times but to be honest I am enjoying the Slayer and blasting round Trewiligar too.
I think we should discuss life, the world, and other topics over a beer sometime

i read it, i intended to respond to it, i lost the wind. theres no benefit to setting that kid straight. you identified geometry and weight problems that nullified any lockout solution for uphill riding. but he took it as some covert attempt to redirect his brilliant solution to the "one" bike dilemna. maybe you are trying to steal his idea. lol. kids.

Dude, did you know that lockout automatically changes your geometry and lightens your bike by 15 lbs? I read it on a forum!

I figured it wasn’t built for lightness as there are lighter alternatives out there. It is still a very nice looking rig though!

Any chance I can get a weight on Barry’s M6? I know you said under 40 but damn it, I want exact numbers! Definitely a nice rig but still room to lighter her up a bit.

f*ck man. theres a few beautiful photos of rotmans. i feel a closeness to this shop that i think might be an unconscious association to toronto, and its closing seems like an end to something i wasn't smart enough to take better advantage of. maybe i shoulda stayed longer and caught up with more peeps i spose.

sup shondo. i was in toronto to see the old crew and visited hamilton to see the in laws. the boys threw together a pretty good party for me and about 20 of the old guard showed up. it got ridiculous, and cloudy. i got to kensington for a stroll and queen street for a beer on the black bull patio, but i went to "rotmans haberdashery" on bathurst and college- to see old man rotman and get another scally. seems old man rotman has finally died, and the store was closed. very sad to see. you remember the store right? it was like the only place that sold kangols in the 80s. and rotman was the originator of the term "hat trick" back in the 30's becasue he gave a free hat to any leaf who scored 3 goals in a game. dude was an icon. pour a sip. anyway, it was a good trip back. miss the culture of the city. cheers

Cop is still more epensive
. As for long term plans, to me it doesn't matter... I'm young and not rooted in any one place like you older generation
. I probably wouldn't waste money on COP even if i lived in cowtown. Maybe take up raod riding instead... I just really *hate* the riding at COP
